Terms of Service

Orders: Orders are placed via this website and orders are shipped within 10 days. Payment is done securely via Paypal. No other methods for payment are accepted.

Delivery time: Shipping takes up to 1-3 weeks within Europe and up to 2-4 weeks for other international orders. We are not in control of postage delays.

Returns: Returns are accepted for items in intact condition within 30 days of purchase date. We do not accept returns past that date.

Import fees and rules: You are fully responsible for any tax or import fees required in your country. You are also fully responsible to check which import laws apply to your country; we are not responsible for your seeds or plants getting stopped at your customs. Order at your own risk; if in doubt, please do not order. We strong advice against orders from outside Europe.
